Goodmans Cd/MP3 player and sony 10CD multi changer .

Hi i have a Goodmans cd/mp3 player (GCE 7207i) along with a Sony 10CD Multichanger. took out of my current car when i bought it as i already had a good one. control lead is missing but cheap enough to buy. any questions please ask
